Dr. Robbi Crain, PsyD HSPP (She/Her/hers)

Dr. Crain engages in a collaborative consultation approach with medical, mental health, and academic teams to identify appropriate intervention strategies including medication management, psychotherapy intervention, and academic supports. Dr. Robbi Crain specializes in treating adults using a psychotherapeutic approach called eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). She often includes EMDR, mindfulness techniques, and other intervention strategies informed by neuro-behavioral approaches in her work.
Dr. Crain works extensively with adults recovering from multi-factorial trauma (PTSD), dissociative disorders, personality disorders, bipolar disorders, and associated depression and anxiety. Dr. Crain provides diagnostic services and psychological testing/evaluation to both children and adults.
Dr. Crain has been in clinical practice for over 15 years. She founded Beech Tree Consulting and Psychological Services in 2013.

Dr. Cara Pratt, PsyD HSPP (She/Her/Hers)
PLEASE NOTE: Dr. Pratt is currently in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Caresource Marketplace until May 31, 2024. She will be out-of-network effective June 1, 2024.
Dr. Cara Pratt views therapy as a collaborative relationship promoting self-understanding, growth, and, ultimately, happiness. For many of those she works with, this means working towards being kinder towards themselves. Her therapeutic approach integrates cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dynamic, and mindfulness-based strategies, tailored to each client’s needs. Dr. Pratt’s goal is to help clients gain deeper insight to life, relationships, and themselves.
When working with children, Dr. Pratt integrates parents into the therapy process to help set goals and ensure that strategies identified and practiced during therapy can be applied usefully at home and at school.
Dr. Pratt provides therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Pratt works extensively with those who have concerns related to anxiety, mood disorders, relationship concerns, or recent life stresses that require extra support to navigate. Dr. Pratt also conducts psycho-diagnostic assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. Common assessments she conducts include those for ADHD, learning disabilities, memory concerns, emotional functioning, personality testing, or general psycho-educational assessments.

Tyler Oswald, LMHC (He/Him/His)
Tyler believes in each person’s natural ability to grow and heal from life’s challenges and traumas. Tyler sees his role as helping each person identify and remove the barriers to this natural healing process by providing tools to effectively cope, allowing a safe space to experience emotions, and collaborating with each individual to find meaningful ways of living. Tyler tailors each therapy experience to the unique needs of each individual. He collaborates with clients as equal partners to help them meet their goals and helps act as a mirror to help clients gain a better understanding of themselves.
Tyler is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and offers this technique to help clients process traumatic experiences. This helps to unburden them from ways that trauma has held them back, which promotes more adaptive ways of coping with future life challenges. He incorporates other evidence-based practices in his work including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Interpersonal Therapy.
Tyler works with adults 18+ on a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, life stressors, and family of origin concerns. Tyler has extensive experience working with, and supporting, LGBTQ+ identifying individuals and those of culturally diverse backgrounds.

Matt Cyra, MS, Clinician-In-Training (He/Him/His)
Matt strives to provide a comfortable therapeutic environment for all of his patients by getting to know their unique history and tailoring their treatment accordingly. He has experience and enjoys working with patients from a variety of backgrounds including those diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. He has previous experience working with adults and adolescents.
Additionally, he has experience working with athletes helping to aid their performance. His therapeutic approach is based on a variety of approaches examining thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, such as CBT, ERP, and ACT, while also integrating other modalities such as interpersonal therapy. Matt also assists in conducting psychological assessments and diagnostic services.

Celine Kosita, MA, Clinician-in-Training (She/Her/Hers)
Celine is devoted to fostering a collaborative therapeutic environment by encouraging her clients to be their authentic selves. She strives to promote self-understanding and growth by providing clients with a safe space to experience emotions and tailoring treatment to meet their needs. She integrates person-centered, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Interpersonal Therapy in her approach to treatment. Celine’s goal is to help clients feel empowered within their relationship with themselves and others.
Celine has experience working with children and adolescents with various mood disorders and intellectual disabilities, as well as young adults (18–25) with numerous presentations. She is particularly interested in working with children to young adults presenting with anxiety, depression, mood/conduct disorders, grief and loss, and eating/body image concerns. Celine also assists in conducting psychological assessments and diagnostic services.

Brooke Llerena, MA, Clinician-in-Training (She/Her/Hers)
Brooke aims to establish a therapeutic experience that supports a client’s desire to live more authentically. She prioritizes meeting clients where they’re at and individualizing their journey toward overall wellbeing through better understanding internal motivation, belief systems, and personal definitions of success. She integrates person-centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to address concerns and incorporate coping strategies to build confidence in the ability to handle day-to-day stressors. Brooke’s goal is to work collaboratively to encourage mutual understanding of clients’ views of themselves, their relationships, and the world around them.
Brooke has experience working with adults from multicultural backgrounds presenting with chronic illness, trauma, and various mood disorders, as well as young adults experiencing difficulty with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life stressors, and adjustment. Sarah Hoffman, BS, Clinician-In-Training (She/Her/Hers)
Sarah is dedicated to fostering a nurturing therapeutic environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to embark on their journey towards healing. Sarah has six years of experience in adult residential programs working with a variety of concerns. These include individuals struggling with body image concerns, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and trauma. Sarah has experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which entails a collaborative approach and getting to know the individual’s unique characteristics to tailor treatment to their needs.
Sarah’s goal is to help individuals explore their challenges and begin their journey towards a happier, more fulfilling life.
