Dr. Crain has been in clinical practice since 2007. She is a trauma specialist working exclusively with adults recovering from complex trauma (PTSD), dissociative disorders, personality disorders, bipolar disorders, and associated depression and anxiety. She has a particular interest in working with first responders and veterans.
Dr. Cara Pratt approaches therapy as a collaborative process that fosters self-understanding, growth, and greater self-kindness. She draws on cognitive-behavioral, dynamic, and mindfulness-based strategies, tailoring them to each client. Her goal is to help clients gain deeper insight into themselves, their relationships, and their lives.
Tyler believes in each person’s natural ability to grow and heal from life’s challenges and traumas. Tyler sees his role as helping each person identify and remove the barriers to this natural healing process by providing tools to effectively cope, allowing a safe space to experience and resolve emotions, and collaborating with each client to find meaningful ways of living.
