Psychotherapy is an explorative and collaborative process between you and your mental health professional. Our work together with help you understand how past experiences influence your current life and how engaging with our present moment can shape those moments to come. As we explore and collaborate we will focus on understanding, acceptance, change, and moving forward.

The purpose of life is a life of purpose.

Adult Individual Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy involves meeting one-on-one with a mental health professional to explore your experiences with early life, present day, and where you hope to be headed. This process is facilitated through the development of a strong therapeutic relationship between you and your mental health professional. We strive to provide a safe and supportive space as we support your personal growth and development.

Adult + Child Group Psychotherapy

Sharing with others can be a powerful way to learn about ourselves, empathize with others, and share experiences. We provide various types of group psychotherapy to assist children, adolescents, and adults in their personal growth and development.

Child Psychotherapy

Children and adolescents sometimes need targeted therapeutic support in addition to the love and care parents, family, teachers and coaches provide. Psychotherapy for children and adolescents involves collaboration between the mental health provider and parents and/or caregivers. This approach allows us to surround the child with caring, supportive, and consistent relationships and environments as they grow and develop. Our mental health professionals use a variety of therapeutic methods including play therapy, artistic expression, mindfulness training, parenting skills training, and group psychotherapy.
