Psychotherapy is an explorative and collaborative process between you and your psychologist. Our work together will help you understand how past experiences influence your current life as we emphasize acceptance, change, and moving forward.
The purpose of life
is a life of purpose.

Adult Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy involves meeting one-on-one with a Beech Tree Consulting psychologist to explore how your early experiences and family situations affect your relationships. And while we look back to learn about your past, we do so to help both of us plot a course toward your personal and professional future.
A big part of growth is learning how to live in the present, and a vital part of your therapy is a strong relationship between you and your psychologist. We promise to create a safe, supportive space for you to take this journey with trust.
Adult + Child Group Psychotherapy
Sharing with others can be a powerful way to learn about ourselves. Adult group psychotherapy becomes a support group and sounding board outside of family and friends, and among people who are at various stages of their own journey of self-exploration.
We offer this type of group therapy for children and their families, too.
Young children and adolescents sometimes need help that family, teachers and coaches aren’t trained to give. Child psychotherapy lets our psychologists work with children and their parents collaboratively. By using this team approach, we can surround the child with a caring and consistent environment.
Child psychotherapy may involve play, artistic expression, and training in mindfulness and parenting skills. We also offer group psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and parents.
